Kanbaru is one of my favorite characters ever BUT I CAN'T DECIDE WHO TO TAG HER WITH.

Excellen and Mion would get along with her and her weirdness (although the latter would take a bit of time to warm up to THE GAY), while Azula would not understand her whatsoever.
