[ Patchouli should have been glad that this place had a library full of books. They were her passion, but so far she was less than impressed. She idly browses through the books, her annoyance only growing with each title. Didn't they have any books besides those of the romantic kind in this place? ]

Don't bother. If you've seen one thing, you've pretty much seen them all. You might find a fairy tale stuck somewhere, but I don't think that's what you're after.

I hold that the one who designed and made this place knew nothing about literature, normal or magical. They just probably went "poetry is a beautiful thing" and stuck with it.

Well, I think you can find a fairy tale stuffed inside somewhere, and there's an "adult" section behind the bear.

Two ideas spring to mind. The curator of the library could have a specific interest in this type of literature. It could also be that they only reason this is available to us is to influence with the ideas contained within these pages.
