[ Subaru digs in for a blue one, and contemplates the words on it, not really watching what Fionna was doing. ] "U... R.... M—" Aw, it's rubbed off!

[Fionna moves closer, and then wraps her arms around the girl, looking almost dreamy before giving her a long, sweet kiss, dipping her a little.]

Fi—?! [ Emphasis on the "oh" syllable in the girl's name, Subaru is too stunned to do more than hold onto Fionna's shoulders so she won't slip. She doesn't even close her eyes. ]

[The usually upbeat not one to invade your space girl was apparently replaced by one who was intent on showing Subaru she was hers. She moved her hands lower to the small of her back, adding just a little bit of nails here to drum slowly up her spine.]

[ Well that's certainly unexpected! In a lot of ways, actually. Subaru will have to ask her what this is all about.

You know...

When they're done kissing. ]

[It is hard to get Fionna to stop: when she felt something, she did, and knew that Subaru of all people would be sought after. Fionna wanted to prove that Subaru was hers!...For some reason!

And so Fionna wrapped her arms around the girl, kissing deeper, even daring to dart her tongue a little against Subaru's lips.]

[ Subaru shifted her stance, strong legs pushing her upright more so it didn't feel like she could be dropped at any moment. The bit of tongue surprised her, but when she opened her mouth to ask about it, all it did was allow her friend access just as she no doubt wanted. ]

[Yes, once Fionna started doing something, it was hard to get her to stop. In the back of her mind, of course, she was hoping she hadn't hurt Subaru too much, but of course she was too busy frenching her at the moment to give it much thought.]

[ It wasn't physical discomfort she was at all worried about. Subaru was tougher than she looked, but that also meant she was a bit heavier than one might expect for her small frame. She just doesn't want to tip over!

She does try to pull her head back a bit, though, to get some air. ]

[Finally (FINALLY) Fionna was starting lessen her assault. She broke the kiss, looking down at Subaru, her look definitely one of a girl on a mission. Gradually, however, that look began to lessen, and as she stared down into Subaru's eyes, a pretty vicious blush took her face.]

Oh crud! I'm sorry!

[ Those blue-green eyes of hers stared back in moderate shock, her own cheeks colored heavily. ] Whoa... [ Yeah, that's going to take her a moment to reel from. She blinks her eyes a few times and slowly, carefully, creates some space between them. ] That was, um... wow.

[Fionna shuffles away herself, looking like a red tomato. Oh sure,s he thought highly of Subaru, you could even call what she had a girl crush, but she would never have done something like this]!

Um...are you mad?

Mad? [ Subaru waves a hand. ] N-no, nothing like that! I mean, it's that time of year, and all. [ Ehehehe.... ] Besides, what's a friendly kiss between friends? [ She was pretty honest with her emotions, and that was hardly just a friendly kiss, but she can play it off easily so she doesn't hurt Fiona's feelings. It's not like she had objected — she was just surprised! ]

Oh, so this happens a lot, huh? [Fionna was still trying to understand the dynamics of these holidays and why the queen went and just made things uber pervy for some reason].

I'm sorry for being all forceful, but... [she was trying to say she LIKED it without sounding like some kind of predator, like Ice Queen.] I like kisses, and you are totes awesome, I just didn't want to see so jerky about it!

[ She giggled a bit. ] To be honest... yeah, sort of? I mean, the last time it was when there was mistletoe hanging around everywhere. Same kind of tradition, I guess? [ Subaru ducked her head a bit. ] W-well, thank you. It was a nice kiss, Fionna.

Seriously? Man, this queen never stops! What the nuts? [She shook her head, still very much red in the face]. Thanks. Um, of all the girls in the garden, I'm really kinda happy you're one I got to kiss.

No, she's pretty persistent, eheh.

[ She smiles a little easier. ] I'm glad it wasn't unpleasant for you.

[She smiled back]. No way Subaru. You're the cooolest, nicest girl I know besides...well, someone else I know!
