Looking For...
Tsukasa has never really had a good relationship with anyone beside her cousin, a relationship that is quite one sided despite what Tsukasa believes. It would be good for her to become close to someone sweet and stable to take her mind off things for awhile.
Platonic Possibilities...
Anyone really, in canon Tsukasa seemingly gets along well with many different types to people. In particular those who have gone through traumatic events, like she did with the lock down, would make for good bonding moments.
