Word surrounding incidents spreads fast. You know how everyone loves their gossip. [ A twirl of her umbrella. ] I've helped solve one or two in my day. All the latest ones have been so dull, though...

Which is why I'm looking forward to this change in scenery.

I don't know, the incident itself wasn't much, but the raven that shot suns was a bit different.

A troublesome ability. There is such a thing as "too much sun". [ ...damn it all, now she was going along with Alice's tangenting. ]

—speaking of that, I have heard there are hot springs here, as well.

Oh, yes. I believe it's a two-in-one with a Japanese styled inn. [Please don't make me go.]

[ Oh they'll be going, eventually. ] How quaint~.

You'll join me there sometime, won't you? I'd be lonely there otherwise.

Ah... I'm sure there are better guests for that than I am. [You know... like someone else with a Japanese name.]

Nonsense, little one! The queen wants us to bond, and it would be a shame to squander the chance. [ Though the sentiment is nice, there is a certain venom in that manner of address. Just who does the queen think she is, anyway? ]

Well if she really wanted to make a chance she'd have people chained together... again. [Actual chains would be new though, but Alice has been through enough of the queens plans to just be flat out annoyed at the mention of something like that.]

I can arrange that. [ Giving Yuuka ideas = BAD. ]

... Eh? [She knows not what she has wrought.]

[ Lips pursed, she presses a finger to her chin and looks around. ] We would need some sturdy vines, at least...

... You know, I think I have something to do somewhere else, if you'll excuse me... [Backing uuuup.]

[ Yuuka waves a hand dismissively. ] Don't let me keep you, child. I will see you again very soon. [ Is that a mischievous little smile? Nonsense. Yuuka has only the best intentions at heart~. ]

[And Alice waves, when she turns around she just pales as she walks away, trying to think up plans out of this hell she has walked into.]
